Guidance to new programmer or freshers

Do you know many people say "To be a best Developer, you should always learn & practice, and never stop until you are the best"? For me, that is nothing but lie.

- Try not to feel that you are insufficient to contend.

- Nobody has 100% lucidity about everything.

- Each one is zero at the hour of beginning.

- Learn constantly.

- Start moderate and Strong.

- Never believe Coding is for Clevers.

- Try to commit Errors and Learn from your errors.

- Try not to Learn Coding for Job.

- Take a break every now and then.

- Get a mentor (someone who's been where you are right now and is successfull), if you need any help in programming we are there to help

- Form a circle of work friends that you can go to for learning, venting and chatting

- Ask for recommendations, test as many as you can but only follow the ones that worked. Keep asking again to those whose advice you keep following.

- Document as much as you can

- Do not forget to get things done

- Never give up

- Embrace a 'no excuses, I am responsible' attitude

- Be informed of that the main consistent in the tech (and programming) world is change: be ready to accept it, acknowledge it.

- Be proud of what you are doing, try never attach anger on your code, when you are in middle of any error, give yourself a break, try listen to any music etc. because a  fresh mind will help you in solving those errors, & yes that seriously works

- Invest wholeheartedly in what you construct, however be prepared to have it supplanted by somebody or even yourself.

Programming can likewise one of the most baffling things you will ever do. Feeling baffled is totally ordinary, and will presumably never totally leave. As you show signs of improvement, you'll simply tackle more difficult issues yet have a similar issue. However, regardless of how baffling your issues are, there is more likely than not an answer out there.
